I called to walk in on a Sunday and the receptionist assured me if I made it in by 1:30pm I would be accommodated. I arrived at 1pm and was advised I would be unable to get service because there were on assured me if I made it in by 1:30pm I would be accommodated. I arrived at 1pm and was advised I would be unable to get service because there were only two maintenance workers. However, I returned later in week in the afternoon and was able to receive maintenance service. The service was good however the receptionist communication was lacking. More

My experience with this dealership was the worst I have ever had. Deceitful sales tactics and no follow though after purchase. I have purchased 5 Lexus vehicles and this experience was nothing like my pr ever had. Deceitful sales tactics and no follow though after purchase. Excellent service from start to finish. The service department is on top of everything. Got my vehicle in, diagnosed the problem, communicated the problem to me prior to doing anything to the vehicle. department is on top of everything. My service writer, John Steigele, a person I've been dealing with for 20 years is the best. He told me the problem with the vehicle, I gave him and the service department the go ahead for repairs/maintenance and got my car back later the same day. More
