I came thinking I knew what I wanted and Alex helped me with other options since there is such a shortage of cars on the market. I absolutely fell in love with the first one I saw. Waiting two and a half hours four just a regular service when your appointment is at seven forty five seems a little long two me. At the two hour mark I had to ask for status. First woman I asked said she would look into and nothing. Then asked a gentleman to see a manager. He came back and said he would be out shortly. No manager but that gentleman came back to me and took me to a service advisor. When he went to look into it he came back and said the paperwork went to a wrong advisor. Really? How long would I have had to wait? More
