The service center seemed disorganized. My appointment was at 9 am but I was not seen until 9:30 am. There was no loaner car appointment made for me despite me confirming at time of my appointment. My advisor barely made eye contact and it was just a transaction and he seemed annoyed when I asked for a loaner car. When I went to pick up my car, the valet manager asked me which key was mine rather than looking at the tag. Lexus of Pembroke Pines needs to step up their customer service. My lease is over, and I’m buying off my lease from Lexus financial for the residual value. Lexus Financial tells me that I have to give the check to Lexus of Pembroke Pines so they can send it over to Lexus financial for the residual value. Lexus Financial tells me that I have to give the check to Lexus of Pembroke Pines so they can send it over to Lexus Financial (which holds the title). LExus of Pembroke Pine is deciding that they would charge me over $1300 in fees just to send the check to Lexus financial. Which are fees that I paid already when I leased my car with them in 2018. I am not buying a new or used car with them I’m just paying off the balance to buy my lease at the end of the term. More
On Saturday 7-24-2021 I went to dealer Andres Vergara is the person I supposed to talk to but he was very busy and send sales associate Nathan.. after all back and forth he couldn’t give a Deal. For me his knowledge was very poor. Never mention driving the car. I went to the website and I made myself a Deal with the same parameters. I spoke with Andres several time and he states that everything is good . Gave me same monthly payment and told credit was good. Also told the car was not there will arrive between July 30 to august 4 came on the 30th. Andrew Called me and I told him o couldn’t go until the 1st . He said everything is going to be ready. When I got there he roll me to the Financial specialist and run the number again for us. Numbers where 20 dollars more than I was agree with Andrew and website. Financial person said Andres gave him the papers just 10 minutes ago and he was doing his job Poor professionalism for both. I been in Audi and BMW dealers and never has this experience.
