Overall I’m satisfied with Marlon Amador and Boris Argudin, and I believe I got a good deal, and the Dealer got a better one exchanging a 2019 NX 300 with only 9700 miles. I chose as my first choice Argudin, and I believe I got a good deal, and the Dealer got a better one exchanging a 2019 NX 300 with only 9700 miles. I chose as my first choice a black NX300, much later I was told the car was not available as someone had already given a deposit on that car. That info should be available immediately. I made a 12 noon appointment, I waited more than 1/2 Hr for Marlon, then the issue with the Black car. Bottom line I was at the dealer more than 5 1/2 hours. Exhausting‼️Boris ended up offering a plan for 7500 m a yr, free maintenance, paying the same as the 2019 NX. Thank you Marlon and Boris More

I had a great experience during my last visit to your service dept. My Service Advisor(Isidro) was excellent. I told him I needed to be out of there by 11:00AM and my car was ready at 11:00AM. BOOM!!! service dept. My Service Advisor(Isidro) was excellent. I told him I needed to be out of there by 11:00AM and my car was ready at 11:00AM. BOOM!!!
