Went to purchase a vehicle on the Lexus December to Remember p WORST EXPERIENCE...avoid this dealer. Wasted two hours at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Went to purchase a vehicle on the Lexus December to Remember promotion. Gave salesman exact description of the vehicle we wanted including model, colors and options. He told us that they offer the lowest price upfront. No need to negotiate. Largest Lexus dealer in the world and lowest prices, blah, blah, blah. After waiting 90 minutes for a price including our trade in value, he told us he did not have the color we wanted in stock. But, would give us a good deal on one arriving. The price he gave us was FULL MSRP. No sale discount. Almost $1000 in add on dealer fees. And, a trade in value $7,000 LESS than the confirmed Kelly Book cash value we got from KBB and $9,000 LESS than the ACTUAL trade in value given to us at another dealer. When i asked him why there was no sale discount and why the trade in value was so low, the BS started to flow. What price do we expect. What trade in value did we expect? The KBB cash value quote is not real. But, Ill work with my manager to get a better deal. So much for best price upfront. No haggle pricing. We advised him we don't do business with car dealers that play that back and forth negotiation game and asked him what happened to best price upfront, why there was no sale discount. And, why the lowball trade in value. He said, that is the way its done there... he goes back to his manager if we don't accept the deal. We asked for the key to my car. He refused to give us the key insisting we give him a chance to improve the deal. I repeatedly told him i wanted my key and that we have no interest in any deal from them. Finally after raising my voice and making a scene, he gave me my key. The same day we went to an other Lexus dealer and purchased the exact same vehicle quoted at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. It was over $12,000 less than Lexus of Pembroke Pines quoted after discounts, ZERO dealer add ons and our trade in. More

I have been dealing regularly with Lexus of Pembroke Pines since 2007 and have been consistently satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy shown by all staff in the Sales and Service areas.
