Each time was low key, no pressure, good conversation with the sales rep Andres Majerovicz. He was knowledgable and accommodating. He was considerate of our time. Thanks too to the Sales Director Rohan Alexander who smoothed over the scheduling mishap of one of the employees and provided a really good price for our NX300h.. Drove it home the same day! It was nice to return to this dealership three years later and still find the same level of service and pricing as I first experienced with Gaetano Costantino (who also trained Andres.). Unnecessary repair Had car in for routine oil change and got call form dealer stating brake pad needed replacement right away. For only $600.00!!! And brake fluid was very dirty. ... “but that might be able to wait” only 25k miles on car. Took it to two different repair shops an both said brakes were fine and did not need any work. A letter to Corporate who passed it off to dealer saying they were independent. Still no apology from Manager. Service manager said he “would work with us when we needed brakes”?? WOW! More
