Very disappointed with the follow through from start to finish. My check was lost, I did not feel Ronald was as helpful as he was the first time I leased the vehicle from him. Very little communication and finish. My check was lost, I did not feel Ronald was as helpful as he was the first time I leased the vehicle from him. Very little communication and through all this and the late payments because Lexus Financial did not know I made a $3,000 down on the purchase of the vehicle and was turned in as having late payments on the car which significantly impacted my credit score. Very disappointed with how this deal was done compared to the first experience. Enough to rethink if I would buy or lease from this dealer again. I even gave Ronald an opportunity to look into my credit score issue with the late payments issue and never received a response back. More
