Worst dealership I have been to. Disorganized, poor communication, and salesmen there are not trained appropriately. I knew the car more than the salesman. The service advisor requested my phone number to contact me when my vehicle was ready. He assured me he would notify me and he failed to do so. He walked by me as I waited for over 2 hours for my tire to be me when my vehicle was ready. He assured me he would notify me and he failed to do so. He walked by me as I waited for over 2 hours for my tire to be changed. Not once, did he stop and let me know the vehicle was complete. I found out the vehicle was ready because I saw him drop off papers and inquired to the checkout attendant. He didn’t have the courtesy to even make me aware. Then upon arriving at my home, the service light was still on because they failed to reset it. In addition, I called today to speak to the supervisor and a young lady answered the phone and told me he was not available. She inquired why I was calling and I explained and she said I needed to go back to the dealer so that they could reset the alert on my dash. I don’t live nearby the dealership so this is a huge inconvenience that is caused by the lack of completion by the service department. I have been a loyal customer as well as other members of my family of this Lexus dealer. So many bad experiences in the recent year. I will definitely not be renewing my vehicle lease, nor continued business with Lexus of Pembroke Pines . The fact that I was unable to speak to a supervisor is also a prime example of the lack of customer service that this dealership provides to its clients. More
