Took car in 3 times for the same problem. No one answered nor returned calls. When asked to speak to the manager, one person lied saying they were the service manager and had not clue about No one answered nor returned calls. This 3rd time the car was in I was told car was ready for pick up after 1 week in the shop. When I asked what they had done they had done nothing and just going to return the car the same way I brought it in. Finally, they did replace the faulty part I had paid for to be fixed in the first place. No return phone calls. So sadly disappointed in this Lexus service shop. More

The service Managers Jeffrey Hernandez and Alex were excellent in every area of customer service I was very pleased with both of them! The service techs on the other hand completed the work requested a excellent in every area of customer service I was very pleased with both of them! The service techs on the other hand completed the work requested a A/C compressor and Oil pan replacement. They did not clean up after themselves in or out of the car, under the car they did not cleanup the oil leak residue under the car, they left dirty rubber work gloves in the car. The car was not courtesy cleaned inside or out. I got home and I couldn't open the hood apparently a tech broke the hood latch, I returned the next day they fixed the latch and cleaned the car fairly but still left the dirty rubber gloves in the car and they also left the latch guard loose and unclipped I put it back myself More
