Worst experience ever, because they are not in the State Farm network, your quote will never be fully approved by your insurance company. I asked an agent at Lexus and they said this would not be the case a Farm network, your quote will never be fully approved by your insurance company. I asked an agent at Lexus and they said this would not be the case and that there was no problem if it was out of network. Even if out of network the service was abysmal. Lexus estimate compared to other high quality collision centers was about $8,000 more . From the beginning Lexus told me that I only have to pay a $500 deductible, which is far from the truth. They disassembled the car removing parts, emblems and others that were not necessary to make an estimate. They left my car under the sun and the rain for more than 30 days and lied to my face and told me it was already assembled. I tried to take my car to another workshop, but since Lexus had already disassembled the car and that is recorded, no one wanted to accept my car, I had to pay approximately $1,000 to have my car delivered again and they returned it to me without packaging and emblems, completely dirty. In conclusion, the service was very slow, overcharged me with predatory prices and the staff did not tell the whole truth and made the process much more complicated . This whole experience was a nightmare and I will never go here again. In the end I just got a new lease because it was more simple than fixing my car. More
