Drove 4 and 1/2 hours across state to purchase a Lexus ES350 that they had that I wanted after talking to not so good dealers near my own home. I initially talked to Alejandro who then had Andres call me. He verified the car I wanted was in stock, did so quick and from there the process was the easiest I have ever experienced with a dealer. I have purchased many cars throughout the years and they were always difficult and put a soar taste in my mouth. Not here. There were no games, no shady sales tactics and the process was quick. Even Eduardo De Leon with the insurance nation was really awesome to work with as was Dayton who took care of the paperwork. They really made me happy and in fact my wife ended up getting a RX350 at the same time too. I'm glad I did a search, found them and decided to make the drive and buy from them. They are exactly how a dealership should be and the experience is exactly how it should be. If only they weren't so far away for service. Andres is awesome! More

My brand new 2 week old car got a light turned on for tires and my service representative Andre kept it, after a week I called and couldn’t get a hold of him to check the status of my vehicle. After FOUR tires and my service representative Andre kept it, after a week I called and couldn’t get a hold of him to check the status of my vehicle. After FOUR calls trying to reach him and him still not being available, the service department representative was nice enough to get to the bottom of it for me and find out what the status of my car was. Turns out, he had put the wrong number on my car apparently even though I have the paperwork with me that shows the right number. Terrible service, absolutely no communication. Just awful. More
