Very different to the last service I had. My last service advisor really went out of his way to make me feel as if I was important. Unfortunately he is not with you no longer. Sadly to say I My last service advisor really went out of his way to make me feel as if I was important. Unfortunately he is not with you no longer. Sadly to say I was very underwhelmed with my advisor. J,ose Luis Amaro seemed knowledgeable, but very preoccupied with other previous cars and issues. I went in for a 15,000 mile service and was never told when scheduling that it would be a 2 hour wait. My advisor told me that this was the wait time and I would have to bring the car back to check the electrical issues I was experiencing. He did give me some trouble shooting tactics, but I feel that if I was already there, why not take advantage and do what you have to do to relieve any concerns I have. It felt like They were NOT there for me. I am not a customer that comes for any little thing, and I had an appointment; therefore should they not try and make the customer feel at ease, with any concerns of the car? I think so! Service was completed in 1 hour and 50 minutes. That's a positive. More
