Took dealership a week to figure out hold up on wire transfer error...incorrect sale total was given to broker; thus, figures did not match causing a decline in the transfer. Also, Lexus of Pembroke Pines would not cut me a check for the over charge and give it to designated driver upon pickup. I still do not have that check...uncalled for! This was my first disappointment with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. More followed! I bought the car online from Michigan so had to arrange a personal pickup of the car to my Florida home, a two hour drive. It was scheduled with coordination between my friends and Eid; however, it had to be rescheduled due to the dealership delay in confirming the final wire transfer figure. Once again, I was inconvenienced and frustrated! On top of this, I was shorted one set of keys ( key fab). The car sale should definitely have included two fabs; I was not aware of this issue until pickup day. That communication was from my friends, not the dealership. Because the car needs to be at a dealership to program a fab, Jorge told me that I would have to make the two-hour dealership return drive. My preference was to take the car to a local dealership for this service, expecting that the two Lexus dealerships could work out the needed exchange of funds. I was told the charge to me personally would be nearly $500. I was not willing to assume that cost due to my dealership's lack of responsibility. Jorge insists the service has to performed at his dealership, a convenience and cost saving to him...ignoring appropriate customer service to me. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the dealership with the same number of stars I would give Eid! I cannot recommend Lexus of Pembroke Pines for the stated reasons. More

Dropped off LS 500 for service. Got 2 solicitation sales calls and none regarding service status. After several hours I called service twice, was put on hold and went to voicemail Got 2 solicitation sales calls and none regarding service status. Still didn't know if everything was done. Called cashier and was told I could pick up. This lack of communication is not good service much less Lexus service I've experienced with JM Lexus which is close to my office. More
