I was on the search for a GX 460 on the whim and just happened to contact Lexus of Pembroke; was promptly put in touch with Nicholas. This was my first time purchasing a Lexus, and a vehicle out of tow happened to contact Lexus of Pembroke; was promptly put in touch with Nicholas. This was my first time purchasing a Lexus, and a vehicle out of town on top of that. All of the paperwork was handled electronically in a quick and efficient manner; all text messages and emails were responded to almost immediately. Once the paperwork was finalized, I drove 3 hours to the dealer. We were quickly taken care of, questions addressed and he helped setup remotes and get everything ready for the 3-hour ride home in an unfamiliar vehicle. Overall the process was quite smooth, efficient and pleasant. Nicholas was GREAT to work with and straight forward with everything. I'll most certainly reach out to him if I'm looking to purchase another Lexus. More
