I was notified that I would be receiving a text within 1. 5 hours when my car was ready. After 2 hours I didn’t receive the text and I asked about my car and it was sitting in the lot ready to go. If your needs are service then it is all about your service rep. Rodney always goes above and beyond to explain everything about my vehicle; what's being done to it, why, what each service includes, et service rep. Rodney always goes above and beyond to explain everything about my vehicle; what's being done to it, why, what each service includes, etc. He provides timing updates so I can keep to my schedule, and I very much appreciate the effort he puts forth.
