Made an appt 2 weeks in advance with Loaner requested for 6/7/22 at 7:30 am, Service advisor was running late I was never notified finally around 8:15 am someone came to help me, i was told he was a floater 6/7/22 at 7:30 am, Service advisor was running late I was never notified finally around 8:15 am someone came to help me, i was told he was a floater helping out. I requested to speak to a manger however I was told he arrives after 8:30am (Jose C.) therefore i left a message for him to return my call but that never happened. I went the following day to pick up my vehicle and again my vehicle could not be found! I wrote an email to manger Jose C and he finally got back to me, his response was unacceptable he advised me that they are short staffed and that unfortunately he cant get people to work! HORRIBLE communication HORRIBLE service! i've been a loyal Lexus customer since 2016 on my 3rd lease but highly doubt i will be staying with Lexus. More
