ADDITIONALLY, I AM UNCONVINCED ABOUT THE SINCERITY OF YOUR RESPONSE-- GIVEN THE LEVEL OF TREATMENT I REPEATEDLY RECEIVED AT YOUR DEALERSHIP AFTER THE SALE, AS WELL AS THAT DOCUMENTED IN MANY YELP REVIEWS. I WILL BE WORKING INDEPENDENTLY WITH THE THIRD PARTY VENDOR TO RECEIVE MY REFUND ON THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, AND WORKING WITH LEXUS TO RECEIVE MY REFUNDS ON THE GAP INSURANCE AND EXTENDED WARRANTY.
