My salesman, Steve was very good. All of my issues are with the dealership itself--which is the subject of this review. After the sale, trying to cancel the maintenance agreement was an absoute nightm with the dealership itself--which is the subject of this review. After the sale, trying to cancel the maintenance agreement was an absoute nightmare. I called 15 times, and no finance manager ever answered. My sales representative spoke to the finance manager a number times, and the finance manager promised to call me, but he never did. When I took matters into my own hands, and came into your store as your Client Services Representative suggested by email (She said I could come in at any time), I kept being told to leave and come back at different times. When I did, I was made to wait and then sent away, and told to come back a different day, or at a different time. In these interactions, the managers I spoke to were rude, arrogant, condescending, and argumentative (The girl at the desk was nice though). It took three separate visits and a lot of waiting, plus expressions of my EXTREME discontent with your dealership, to get the maintenance contract cancelled. Additionally, it is my opinion that the value and extent of the Maintenance agreement was misrepresented at the time of sale-- experts have said it is not good at all. It is also my opinion that there is a likely indoor mold problem in the building where all of the salesmen congregate, the building where I met with the finance manager. High mold levels make it difficult for people to think clearly, which would be an issue if the mold levels are present during a contract negotion--an issue which would very much favor the person most familiar with the contract, i.e. the finance manager or dealer representative... Additionally, the car itself is having problems, only a couple weeks after the sale--the steering wheel vibrates at idle, and it may be out of alignment with unbalanced tires, all of which may be causing the vibration I am experiencing which led me to almost immediately want to sell the car after purchasing it. My information is that there may be an issue with the motor mounts if the steering wheel which vibrates in Drive at idle. and has reduced vibration when shifted into neutral,. Since the car is still under warranty, I will contact your service department--although in view of the treatment I received from management after the sale, and in view of all of the bad reviews about your dealership on Yelp--both for sales and service, I am very concerned about the service aspect as well... I also would have thought that, as a disabled person, after I had trouble with the car only a couple days later, and wanted to sell it back, your dealership would have been more responsive than just telling me to "go try and sell the car to Carmax." I understand that the dealership's main goal is selling cars, but it would seem they would have some pride in other aspects of customer relations as well. And if anyone tries to say that I have written these things just because I am disabled, that is not true. The treatment I received when I wanted to cancel the maintenance was awful--even if I were an Olympic Champion. I bought a Lexus expecting enhanced customer relations from the dealer, and an excellent vehicle. Neither of these seems to have occurred. More
