I made an appointment to check a faulty rear hatch but the phone rep made no record of my problem. The car was taken and after half an hour I met the service agent who thought I was there for a 10,000 mil the phone rep made no record of my problem. The car was taken and after half an hour I met the service agent who thought I was there for a 10,000 mile checkup. I okayed the work and was told it’d take two hours. After 3+ I got my car back but the hatch still doesn’t work properly. My paperwork shows that a part was ordered but I was not told nor have I heard from the agent since. I asked for a time frame but still no response. I am not impressed. More

i had the new model Lexus TX 350 , it seems that the sound is very new and they did not do the corresponding tests. They have problems with the amplifier (it turns off when the bass plays) the worst thi sound is very new and they did not do the corresponding tests.
