I went for an oil change and spoke to Jeffery Hernandez, the service writer and I was instructed that the car needed the tires rotated, but I was not told it was part of a 20k mile package, which I did not the service writer and I was instructed that the car needed the tires rotated, but I was not told it was part of a 20k mile package, which I did not need, as I had only 17.5k miles and would not reach 20k for months. I was extremely disappointed that I had this package shoved onto me without details and I was never told that it included a $65 air conditioning filter, which I was never given the old one back or that in fact I actually needed it. I felt like I was taken advantage of. The service writer should be more clear when trying to upsell something that you really don't need at that moment instead of making it sound like if the car will fall apart if you leave the dealership without the extra things. I will not be returning to that dealership. More
