Kerri, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We want to provide our guests with added convenience to their service visits, and we apologize that this oversight has prevented that. Since we do not ask our guests to bring the vehicles back with the same amount of gas as provided we do put at least 1/4 of gas in the tanks. We will share this input with our service team to ensure we're avoiding this at future visits.
