I got there in a rush because I needed to get back to work and since the nice lady that received my car to my service advisor had a great experience. This appointment was the second time the car was brought in. The original date was September 21st with Jose Amaro. The Lexus was due for a 15K service. Since a paper version of the warranty was not present, the hope was that true customer service would prevail by simply contacting Lexus of Kendall to have the warranty emailed. That was never suggested nor tried. It seemed like a pretty simple fix. Jose spoke in a rude and dismissive tone, acting as if he did not want to assist me. This week started similarly. Sensing this was headed in the same direction, I had to contact my son, for his assistance. He had to speak to the new advisor, Jeffrey Hernandez. After some conversation, my car was finally entered service. Jeffrey listened, a far cry from what we received from Jose. This was a customer service low. I was made to feel unworthy and less than.
