Where do I begin. I have never had an issue with the sales department. Every 2-3 years I come back to lease my new model and always have an amazing experience as I always deal with the same person and sales department. Service on the other hand leaves a little to be desired. I used to deal with Scott who is no longer a service advisor but in fact promoted. Since, I have been trying to find a decent advisor and after complaining, leaving messages with no return call, I was paired up with Sebastian. What a pleasure it was dealing with him. He knew that another service advisor left a bad taste in my mouth after multiple unreturned phone calls. He took care of me and followed up every single time that I had a question. Not only that but there was some errors with my bill which were adjusted promptly and taken care of. Although, my service experience was really horrible when it started, I gave 5 stars because of Sebastian. More
