Two hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is ridiculous. Jeff my agent had no system. After two hours I went in his office and asked him what the status of my car was he said I’ll call the car wash. It took Jeff my agent had no system. After two hours I went in his office and asked him what the status of my car was he said I’ll call the car wash. It took another 20 minutes before I got my car and the front mats were dirty. This was unacceptable. If I’m going to pay over $200 for an oil change I’ll go somewhere else. More
