My biggest concern about this dealership is the lack of communication. The final bill had a note that I turned down the notification that I needed windshield wipers, when, in reality, I was never told I ne communication. My appointment was 11:30. I was informed it would take 1 hour 45 mins to 2 hours. At 2 1/2 mark I looked for Jose and was unable to find him. No update given. I went to the cashier who informed me Jose was in his office, I informed her he was not. Manager was called who did not follow up. I finally found Jose at 2:05 and he had the paperwork in his hand Proceeded to waiting area. Car arrived with driver on his cell phone as he was driving my car. This was absolutely unacceptable to me. More
