I started with 1 sales person and when I got there transferred to another sales person. This did not set well with me. New sales agent was great but some issues about warranty that was discussed are s transferred to another sales person. This did not set well with me. I was also told in addition to this warranty the vehicle I purchased had 2 years of warranty left on vehicle. Giving me a total of 5 years warranty on this car. This was all given to me verbally I asked for someone in writing but as of today I have nothing. I contacted agent but he has not returned my calls. I really expected more from a Lexus dealership.
