We went to take our 06 GX for some repairs and fell in love the 2020, needless to say, our experience with the service department was incredible. Our product specialist, Richard Monivis was phenomenal. Very well informed of the product we were purchasing and very patient. No hard time whatsoever. Service has fallen off from when I started . I called a few days ago to get pricing and was promised a call back. No one called . When I came in my focus on simply getting one part fixed , not service . I few days ago to get pricing and was promised a call back. No one called . When I came in my focus on simply getting one part fixed , not service . I ended up getting service with the expectation that would get a call back on the part being fixed . I was eventually told I would have to take my car to a specialist for the broken part. This is problematic. The same situation occurred about 6 years ago on my wife’s Lexus... the service team was great and fixed the broken part. 6 years later the response is take it to a specialist ??? I don’t get a call back on pricing . Then I get to my appt for the broken part decide to have my service taken care of too and eventually find out the part which o called and came in for can’t be fixed . I wish l knew that up front . Since my purchase my experiences have been worse and worse . This includes blatant lying from the sales team on numbers and what options are available . From person to person the story varies . I recently bought my son a car and went to jm lexus . I’ll about ready to add the crappy service team to to crappy sales team. Final point is this that at my appt I asked about the coupons that were mailed out (which I didn’t have and honestly was not expecting to have service performened ) . John my old rep would always tell me what discounts and savings options are available . I got a Passover response to my question. Went home and saw the service advertised on your website for $10 less than I paid. More
