Giovanni was waiting for us and took us to see the car. The car was immaculate. Giovanni did a spectacular job and handed us off to Alex the Finance Manager. Alex was exceptional and closed the deal. I was impressed that the dealer quoted a price and honored that price. There were no games, just professionalism at its best. Thank you Lexus of Queens for an outstanding car buying experience. More

Great dealership for female buyers/leasers I had a great experience with the team at Lexus of Queens. Willy, the sales rep. walked me through the floor and answered all my questions. I enjoyed the negotiation process with Mike, and Alex made the financing process very simple. Oscar was great at explaining all the features of the car. They really spent a lot of time with me and walked me through step by step. To be honest, I had been shopping around for sometime and I can easily say that I probably negotiated a slightly better deal at another Lexus dealership but walked away from that deal because I felt uncomfortable and undermined as a woman. The sales guy was condescending and didn't seem respectful of my knowledge regarding the financing calculations (i didn't disclose that I am an accountant)... sometimes it is NOT about the money! Anyway, this was the exact opposite of my experience at Lexus of Queens. Everyone was extremely nice and respectful. The negotiation process was simple and actually became fun. I won't be going to another dealership for a while. More
