I must say my contact person, Kyle Reid, is an exemplary representative for Lexus of Sacramento. He stuck with me even when it appeared I would not make a purchase when the subject vehicle did not have the representative for Lexus of Sacramento. He stuck with me even when it appeared I would not make a purchase when the subject vehicle did not have the blind spot feature by suggesting I consider the LS 460 which I did purchase. In addition, and after the sale, he took care of two additional requests in a timely manner. Excellent service! RLSchimmel PS. The only negative was with the finance department in that the representative acted exasperated when I would not purchase an extended warranty. I spent my entire career in sales and did not appreciate the excess pressure to purchase something I repeatedly declined. More

I thought Ernie was one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Ernie sold my wife her Lexus in August and I came back in November to get a certified lexus as well. 45,000 reck. Requested the tires cked as I kept loosing pressure and had to have the tires inflated several times. At xx out time was told tires were fine. Next day pressure down.
