Grace at Lexus did an awesome job about explaining the options about the car. First time I purchase an electric vehicle and I just wish I would have had more details regarding the range because the 300 mo options about the car. I love the features it has but dislike how the range is less if I use ac or heater or if I drive up hill. These are things I didn’t expect or count on. I will now keep all these aspects in mind because they mean alot to me. More

He takes his time explaining whatever the service of the day is. Cars aren’t my thing and he doesn’t throw lingo at me then expect me to sign. V is prompt and keeps me in the loop. If there are ever any issues, he is quick with solutions and I always drive off happy. My husband is jealous because he doesn’t get that quality of service when he takes his car in to his unnamed dealership. Lol. He’s going to end up buying a Lexus SUV, he just doesn’t know it, yet.
