My mother and I were in the market for new cars and the Lexus IS250 caught my eye. My parents and I decided to go to Lexus of Sacramento to test drive the new 2014 IS250. Vanessa at the front desk was also very helpful in directing us to the right places and showing us around the dealership. Our first visit was a very pleasant experience. We were immediately drawn in by the friendly atmosphere. I did not feel pressured at any time to buy the car or make any commitments. We told Mr. Kennedy that we needed some time to think about such a large purchase and to look at other options. It was not long before we called Mr. Kennedy back to see the cars again. During this visit, we were overwhelmed with the friendliness and the price that Michael was able to provide us. My mother and I both bought the new 2014 IS250's and could not be any happier. Michael Kennedy has continually smothered us with his kindness to ensure we are both enjoying our new cars. Overall, I felt that the whole staff did a great job providing us with the information that we needed to make our decisions. Even after our purchase, Michael Kennedy went above an beyond our expectations. He even informed me that I could get money back for being a recent graduate of college. I enjoyed my experience at Lexus of Sacramento and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new car! More

Been looking for a Late model Lexus for some time. Discovered, by way of internet, a 2013 Lexus ES350 sedan at Lexus of Sacramento. Visited the Dealership on Christmas eve, fully expecting the dealership to be closed. Not so! As my wife and I began looking about the lot a gentleman came on to the lot asking if we needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately knew who to refer us to and in the next couple minutes we had the distinct pleasure of meeting Kent Owens. The time was about 12;30 PM. Five hours later, after a thorough indoctrination of the auto we were interested in, we were driving that very vehicle - a 2013 Lexus ES 350 - home. In the process of buying the vehicle Kent took us for a test drive, explained the many features on the vehicle, and - simply made us very comfortable in making the purchase. All personnel we came in contact with were courteous, as well as concerned about well being. This buying experience was definitely a pleasure! I marked the price area "good" because I would have liked to have gotten the car for a lesser price. However, I do believe the base price for the car with all the accoutrements was fair. The only negative - driving home from a trip to Monterey, Ca, over the New Year's holiday, was stopped by CHP around the Stockton area for having expired registration. OOPs! More

I made an appointment with Mike Kennedy with Lexus of Sacramento. After a few test drives, my friend purchased the IS250. She was very pleased with the "no pressure" approach and friendliness of the staff. I couldn't decide between cars, so I returned a week later with my husband and son to test drive the IS250. A week later, I called Mike Kennedy, picked exterior and interior colors and bought two more IS250s. Why? It was the low pressure, competitive pricing, and most of all the friendly service. Mike was very thoughtful and professional. He even offered the $1,000 "recent graduate" rebate for my son - great incentive! Today my car was making a strange noise. Lexus immediately was there to assist and assure me that all my concerns would be taken care of. I am confident that the two cars added to my family and my friend's car were purchased from one of the best dealerships in the Sacramento area! Customer service is a high priority for Lexus of Sacramento and it shows! Their cars, personnel and service make the Lexus brand proud. More

Wendy was great as always, and Bryan Glass was just wonderful; he explained all the ins and outs of the navigation and communications system, and promised us "refresher courses" as needed.
