We experienced a couple issues with our 2007 LS460. First issue was a failure of the amplifier module. I called Lexus of Portland and got no help, I called Lexus USA and still no solution to shut off First issue was a failure of the amplifier module. When I called Lexus of Sacramento they told me what they thought the problem was immediately. Mitch Dean took the car into the service bay and solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. The following day, Friday, we were in St Helena, CA for a Saturday wedding and had a total battery failure which locked the car down. We had issues trying to jump it. Lexus USA was only willing to tow it to Santa Rosa, where the dealer told me they could not even look at the car until the following Thursday. Since I was walking the bride down the aisle, it was important for me to attend the wedding. After 4 hours and two tow trucks we got the car started and I drove it to Sacramento late Friday night. On Saturday the service dept opens at 8:00 am and Mitch got our car in an out in about 30 minutes. Mitch Dean was unbelievably professional and caring. My wife and I were really stressed about making the wedding,and getting the car back into working condition. It was not fun to be stranded on a Friday night 600 miles from home and get little help from most of the Lexus people I talked with. Lexus was willing to pay to take the car to the closest dealer, but they could not look at it for 5 more days. We needed to get the car 90 miles to a dealer who would fix it. Mitch calmly went through our best options and was helping us all the way. Mitch commented that all we really needed was someone who cared. He truly cared and is a huge asset to Lexus of Sacramento. We truly thank him! More

Robert was very helpful in my decision to buy a used 2008 Lexus RX350 as a gift for my mother. We test drove the car, and I was sold on the quality of the vehicle right then. I just had to wait for the "go-ahead" from my dad for the color....to make sure it's something my mom would want...since it was a surprise. Robert called the next day to see if I had made a decision and I "gave a handshake" over the phone and told him I would be up the next day with a check! He then made it more special by having the car detailed and a huge red bow placed on it, so that when we came in, my mom would be surprised.....AND SHE WAS SURPRISED. We came to the dealership (she didn't know what was going on), and we walked over to the car with the big red bow and she said, "look at that nice car with the bow, just like the commercials!" I then asked her, "do you like this car?" She said, "yes". I then told her..."this car is yours". She said, "what?" I then said again, "this car is yours, I bought it for you!" Her mouth dropped open and she started to cry. What an awesome experience. Thank you Robert! I definitely recommend this dealership! And when my Chevy Tahoe blows up, I'm gonna buy a Lexus from this dealership! More

We purchased our first vehicle from Lexus of Sacramento over 7 years ago. Even though we live approximately 70 miles from the dealership (and closer to another dealer), we once again chose the Sacramento l over 7 years ago. I would like to express my appreciation for a job well done on my 2006 IS 350, my service writer Mike was extremely helpful, he suggested while the valve springs were being changed that the spark plugs be done on my 2006 IS 350, my service writer Mike was extremely helpful, he suggested while the valve springs were being changed that the spark plugs be changed also beings they were due to be soon, thus saving me money and time. The service was accomplished by tech #358, Chris, he finished the service in a timely manor , after he was finished the engine looked as if it had never been touched ! I'm kind of a car nut so I looked at the engine prior to leaving the shop. Chris had the engine as clean as it was prior the major work that was accomplished, he's the kind of mechanic I truly appreciate. All work was flawless ! Thank you Lexus for employing this caliber of employee! More
My husband and I went car shopping at several dealerships looking for a new car. After much searching, we made our decision to buy at Lexus of Sacramento for two reasons--the quality of a Lexus and our sale looking for a new car. He was very professional, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable about the car we bought. He searched high and low to get us the car, color, and interior we wanted. It took a few days before the exact car we wanted showed up, but it was well worth the wait. When we picked up our car, it was so beautiful. With Daryl's "tutorial" I did not even have to read the manual. He helped us with all the things that needed to be set on the car. If you are shopping for a car, look him up at Lexus of Sacramento. You will not be disappointed. He even calls us to see how our "baby" is doing. :) I also want to thank the others (finance dept.) who helped to make the deal possible. More

After a busy morning of looking and driving three other vehicles, we stopped at this dealership on a recommendation of a close and desc new vehicle. Our sales associate, Daryl Do Carmo, was both kind and professional. He let the car sell itself. Daryl's knowledge of this car, a beautiful RX350, was impressive. Even with computer difficulties that day, the staff began searching tirlessly to find the perfect car in color and interior. My husband then ironed out the deal with several other gentleman, and i mean gentleman, to a conclussion that was most agreeable. All the pieces fell into place and they found my car, ready the next day for me to pick up. As I drove home to Redding that Sunday night, I felt safe and special. I didnt expect that. I actually had tears in my eyes as i drove away and i believe Daryl understood how much that all meant to me. Yes, i will return. More
