The people who I worked with were extremely polite and professional. However I was required to have a complete check up of my car when the only thing it needed to solve my problem was a new gas cap and t professional. I have loved my Lexas but will not get another because of this episode and the extra high price of your parts and repair. You have a great product you don’t have to take advantage of your customers, especially when they are in their 70’s and 80’s. More
1 Sept. I had an appointment. I arrived on time. After standing by my car for 12 minutes, a porter told me my service rep was still with a customer and they would be with me shortly. At 24 minutes a diffe standing by my car for 12 minutes, a porter told me my service rep was still with a customer and they would be with me shortly. At 24 minutes a different porter asked who I was waiting for. I told her. She returned shortly and told me someone else would be helping me. Finally 32 minutes after arriving and standing in the heat I was helped. Then when the service was done, the cashier tried to charge me for service on a prepaid service plan. Finally this was corrected. My vehicle needed to return to have additional maintenance, even though it had less than 30,000 miles. My service rep told me he was ordering parts and to have my vehicle back on the 9 Sept., which I did. Upon my arrival it was apparent he had forgotten about me and failed to order the parts. This just snowballed from there. This will be the last time I do business with this location. I will choose another dealer for my future service and purchases. More
