Service was fine. Prices are outrageous. They’re in temporary facilities while the dealership is being renovated. Very uncomfortable and dirty waiting areas for service customers. The service was ok not the best. When scheduling for service I requested for a loaner and I was told one will not be provided. Got to the dealership and Tracy offered me a loaner. I realize that the staff is working under adverse conditions during the remodeling,but this was dikffikcult for us when we were told that the battery would not be available till July. The only problem I had was the confusion about where to go since the main office was closed. Also, someone who previously had the loaner car prior to me smoked in the vehicle. Also, I did not have 15k miles in my car and I told the service people that prior to coming in, so the advisor wrote on my paperwork that the customer requested the 15k service and I did nothing request it.
