Lexus of Sacramento - Service Center

We came in to complain about lug nuts being loose after our tires were rotated. We lost one lug nut, and on every other wheel, there was one lug nut that was only hand tightened. In addition, there were m our tires were rotated. We lost one lug nut, and on every other wheel, there was one lug nut that was only hand tightened. In addition, there were marks on one wheel where the person who was supposed to tighten the lug nuts, had just jammed it in marring the wheel. This was a safety issue and my husband was NOT happy. Mike Huddlestone has always helped us and did so on this last issue. So it has been resolved. We have owned our Lexus for 13 years and have been happy with it and the service at Sacramento Lexus. I’m certain the tire man will receive the training he needs. More
