He takes his time explaining whatever the service of the day is. Cars aren’t my thing and he doesn’t throw lingo at me then expect me to sign. V is prompt and keeps me in the loop. If there are ever any issues, he is quick with solutions and I always drive off happy. My husband is jealous because he doesn’t get that quality of service when he takes his car in to his unnamed dealership. Lol. He’s going to end up buying a Lexus SUV, he just doesn’t know it, yet.
