Went in for oil change, wasn't greeted by anyone upon pulling into service driveway, saw 3 service people in an office who glanced at me and went back to their conversation. I waited for a minute and then stepped into Mitch's office and asked if anyone was in service. Mitch acted like I was annoying him, got up and checked me in, no greeting, no smile, no conversation other than was my car doing anything out of the ordinary and my 90K mile service is coming up. Was informed it would be an hour and 20 minute wait, appointment took 2 hours. As I paid, the girl at service cashier informed me my car was in the driveway. No hello, no goodbye, no thank you, no have a nice day...this is what we get when we purchase a "luxury" brand? Sacramento is severely lacking in service standards in general, I guess it is the same at Sacramento Lexus too, although I thought this brand would be a step above the rest.. Bought my vehicle in Southern California at Newport Lexus, this dealership should spend a few days there and learn from them what service is all about...they are professional and friendly. I'd go to Lexus Roseville, but apparently it is owned by same owner as Sacramento...extremely disappointed that my Lexus dealership service options are so limited in Sacramento and not looking forward to my next service with these unfriendly, unprofessional employees. More
