They have taken care of my cars from purchase day1999 each time till it is passed on to someone else. I always have my car serviced at Lexus with the same service person. I have only had Jeff then Nick … each time till it is passed on to someone else. I always have my car serviced at Lexus with the same service person. Before I retired there was space to work on line while waiting. I’m now 80 and will have to go to Niello because I have a new Porsche Still have my Lexus …. It is so hard to give it up! More
