I went to purchase a new car at Tampa Bay Lexus and had a very bad experience. I was told I could not purchase a vehicle because I made a complaint against Manager Michael Lee, this was because of a misunder very bad experience. The way I was treated was unacceptable and confusing. How can I be told I can not come on to the property and purchase a vehicle when all I did was make a complaint? This company obviously does not believe in customer service. I had to go to Sarasota Lexus dealership to purchase my vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

This dealership rocks!! Ask for Mark Duprey in used cars. You cannot find a more courteous, soft spoken, no pressure tactics salesperson than Mark. He helped me get top dollar on trade for my 2009 Me cars. You cannot find a more courteous, soft spoken, no pressure tactics salesperson than Mark. He helped me get top dollar on trade for my 2009 Mercedes AMG and am extremely happy with my new LS 460. Mark not only took me a tour of the entire dealership, but spent and extra hour sitting in my new car going over the functions of each option on my new LS. Prices are very fair on all their vehicles, and financing took care of everything so all I had to do was sign. Bottom line: Lexus of Tampa is a great dealership, but please ask for Mark Duprey over in used cars to assit you on your car buying. He is true gentlemen and it's great to be back in a Lexus! More
