I purchased a gently used 2022 Mazda CX-5. Herb was very aware of all the features of the vehicle even though it wasn't a Lexus. The car was clean and drove like new on my test drive. Some dealers add on additional fees such as ceramic coating on every car at a cost of $995. I didn't experience any of that. He explained the additional fees (documentation, title, registration) upfront so that I knew what the total cost would be. More

After owning and leasing the Lexus ES for almost 30 years, it was time for another. After researching the colors and trims available at nearby dealerships, Lexus of Watertown had the best selection. years, it was time for another. After researching the colors and trims available at nearby dealerships, Lexus of Watertown had the best selection. I was contacted by a gentleman in BD and made an appointment to look at cars. I was met by Kevin Silva who was both personable and professional to myself and my wife. Kevin asked the right questions in order to know our specific situation and needs. He brought us 2 vehicles and was very knowledgeable of his product as he explained the new features from the ES we currently owned. We were ready to buy and Kevin worked hard to make the deal happen. We picked the car up yesterday and are thrilled with our purchase. Kevin represented us well with his management and ultimately earned our business.
