Tremendous service, best car buying experience I've had! I visited the Lexus of Wayzata dealership after seeing an ad online for a 2011 ls460 with only 45000 miles on it. Upon entering I was directed towards I visited the Lexus of Wayzata dealership after seeing an ad online for a 2011 ls460 with only 45000 miles on it. Upon entering I was directed towards the pre owned section where shortly thereafter I was greeted by Greg Loop. We spoke a little bit about the vehicle and then took it for a test drive. After a few days I called Greg back and we agreed on a price for the vehicle. Throughout the entire process and even after purchasing the vehicle Greg been excellent to work with and very genuine. He very thorough and prideful in what he does and that definitely shows. I did my financing with Jim Guettler and he was also very pleasant to work with and was just as excited as I was to be getting a new vehicle. The Lexus of Wayzata dealership goes above and beyond for their customers and values the relationships that are built when they can find the right new vehicle for someone.
