The people I have worked with at Lexus during the past 19 years have been terrific. I have never been treated so well by a car dealership. These are the two main reasons that I have purchased numerous vehicles from them. I realize that I have paid a premium for their product in that discounts on new vehicles are hard to come by until just recently and service work such as rotating tires and oil changes have been high. The market is becoming more competitive with new product offerings readily available and other manufacturers offering attractive options such as free maintenance and free car washes. Lexus still has a great product but being able to afford to drive one doesn't mean my wife and I aren't careful with what we spend our money on! More
