From the initial call at 7:00 am on a Friday morning to ask/beg for assistance with a blinking CEL, Mark L. and Lexus of Wayzata were phenomenal to work with. Received numerous updates and after all was ask/beg for assistance with a blinking CEL, Mark L. and Lexus of Wayzata were phenomenal to work with. Received numerous updates and after all was reviewed over the phone with Mark, he got parts in by Saturday morning and we had our car back on Saturday afternoon. They do not care about you as a customer, only care about $. Came in to buy a used ES, did the test drive and everything, and was told to come back next day with my trade and they’d “work with me” to make a $. Came in to buy a used ES, did the test drive and everything, and was told to come back next day with my trade and they’d “work with me” to make a deal. Instead, I came back next day and while I was on my way they told me someone else is test driving the ES. A bit frustrating for sure. But then they did whatever they could to belittle my trade in and give me a lowball offer on it, stating “comps” are selling for low. But when I brought them comps for their vehicle with the same accessories they said they can’t take those into consideration. Absolute joke and the used car manager is unprofessional. My offer was leaving them more than enough room to make $ on both ends but they’d rather go for extreme greed. I have lots of contacts and was going to send business their way but now I’d tell them to avoid them as they are only going to waste your time. If you want improvement it’ll start by finding a new used car manager. Matt Meyer had the audacity to call me and belittle me for writing my review instead of listening to how I felt and trying to de-escalate. A true salesperson would do that but the ones here like I mentioned only care about $. Go elsewhere. More
