Michael was without question, the finest sales rep we have ever worked with in a dealership!!! He was professional, friendly, informative, knowledgeable throughout the whole process and an OUTSTANDING communicator as well, even responding to questions after business hours. He is truly worthy of the Lexus badge of honor and should be commended. We had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Robert Katz. His excellent leadership is evident throughout this operation.
