The young lady who greeted me at Lexus, Gabriella, made my experience great. She explained everything, told me what I needed to have done and a time-frame when I should have other items looked at. The first guy when I drive into the service center was wonderful. I didn’t catch his name.. even though my appointment kinda got lost in the system.
