Not well organized. Some employees not engaged especially those meeting/greeting the customer. Bob Madson the service rep was fine, but didn't get a lot of cooperation from the staff in the servi especially those meeting/greeting the customer. Overall, disappointing to what I get at Chevrolet for service, who work hard to exceed expectations. Lexus had my car all day, gave me a loaner, but called late in the afternoon telling me they couldn't get to it. When I picked it up, it took 20 minutes to get my car after I paid for it. Seriously?
