Visit on April 26 I had a windshield wiper quit working on my 2017 car. I made an appt in the morning and was able to come in to the service dept in the afternoon and I had a windshield wiper quit working on my 2017 car. I made an appt in the morning and was able to come in to the service dept in the afternoon and they fixed the problem in 30 min and I was on my way with a fixed and clean car. Great job! More

Recall Campaign turned safety issue! I had originally planned to take my Lexus IS 300 into Lexus of Wayzata to deal with a recall campaign. On arrival, I was met by Tri Bui and advised hi I had originally planned to take my Lexus IS 300 into Lexus of Wayzata to deal with a recall campaign. On arrival, I was met by Tri Bui and advised him this was my first visit to Lexus of Wayzata. Mr. Bui went out of his way to ensure I was informed, and upon finding a significant safety issue with my tires found a economical and quick solution to getting me back on the road. I was very pleased with my visit and plan to take my vehicle back. More
