He took us out for a test drive and took the time to research and compare other vehicles for us even if that meant that I may not purchase a Lexus. He wasn't pushy at all and wanted to make sure that we purchased a car that we were happy with and that would fit our needs. We ended up purchasing the Lexus IS 200T and we are very pleased with our choice and the exceptional customer care that we received. We would also like to point out that it was a pleasure working with Chad Herd in the finance department as well. He was also very professional, friendly and patient. He went over all of the loan paperwork and options with us in detail and explained everything clearly. He didn't mind all of the questions we asked of him.
