She was always very patient and prompt in responding. No signs of any irritation for receiving so many questions every week without converting into sales for months. In todays day and age this is a great quality When finally I bought the car got the best deal for trade in (had checked with at least 8-10 different dealers of Lexus and other brands in 100 mile radius) and whole experience of buying was a pleasant surprise. No pressure tactics, no unnecessary price haggling, no dealer markups what so ever. Key handover ceremony was another pleasant surprise never experienced that till date 🙂 All in all, I am now a fan of Lexus and Lexus at Wesley Chapel for dealership.
