Customer service and part of manufacturer defect was repaired. But on second issue, we were told to hold our doors as we close them. We are from the auto industry and didn’t appreciate that being told t repaired. But on second issue, we were told to hold our doors as we close them. We are from the auto industry and didn’t appreciate that being told to us when you go and spend over 70 grand on a luxury vehicle from lexus. That will definitely make us think twice on buying from lexus when we are shopping for another vehicle. We are a Lexus Family and very disappointed on their solution advice on closing doors. More
I’ve had issues with a rattle in one of my doors. After the 3rd time it finally got bad enough that they figured out where it was coming from & fixed it. So far…my Lexus is quiet again!!
