Rosalie, did a good job overall but I specifically informed her I did not want Lexus of Wichita to purchase my tag and taxes as I am tax exempt and I would take care of that myself. When I got to the dealership to close these fees had been added into my loan, which I certainly did not want but it was too late for them to change it.
