I had an appointment for my annual inspection. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the dealership and connected with a service technician (Michael Carpenter) right away. Michael explained wh I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the dealership and connected with a service technician (Michael Carpenter) right away. Michael explained what would be involved in the inspection, checked for recall notices and pointed out some recommendations for other service. The inspection was completed within the promised time. And Michael was very helpful - I have mobility issues and it can be difficult to get around - he made sure that my car was parked close to the building and assisted me with getting out to my car.
