I stopped in on Presidents Day just to 'look' and ended up purchasing a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. I worked with Jerzy Bielski. He was very helpful and informative. He took the time to make sure he showed me a c up purchasing a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. I worked with Jerzy Bielski. He was very helpful and informative. He took the time to make sure he showed me a car with the features I wanted and then went through the car with me from top to bottom. Although it was a very busy time at the dealership, Jerzy was very patient and did not make me feel rushed. He also called me a few days after I picked up the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I trusted him to be working in my best interest. I agree with other reviewers that the overall process is tedious and exhausting with too much time spent waiting to speak with the sales and finance managers, but that should not reflect negatively on Jerzy. More
